Returns & refunds

Any product, except pacifiers, can be easily exchanged or returned within 15 days and upon informing us by email. The purchase price will be returned minus shipping charges. For exchange or return we will only accept products that are in perfect conditions and have not been used or otherwise handled.

Please note that due to health and hygiene reasons we are not able to accept returns of pacifiers.

Costs associated with the return or exchange of the product will be borne by the customer.

If any product is defective from the factory, customers will be reimbursed in total value including shipping costs.

Items on sale can not be exchanged or returned, unless these are defective.
